Dinavolino Bianco (Emilia-Romagna) £30.00
Grapes 12 months on their skins, and the colour really does verge on being “orange”. But this wine is beyond stylistic nomenclature, it’s too deep, too soulful, too real. It shows wild, evolving flavours warm fruit skins and spices. Don’t say it tastes like cider, it does more than that.
