Perhaps not the most appetising of names but beneath that dry exterior is a dish worthy of revenance. We prefer to use beef & ground spices. Dark & intense with almost caramelized bites of pulled meat. Very little water is added therefore gravy less. Think bhuna but more smokey, more savoury.
