Jerk is inspired from Jamaica it includes various natural spices that forms this delicious flavour. The tofu is marinated in the Jerk dressing and cooked served with a side of flavoursome spicy kale. Which is then completed with rice.

Its made from a coconut milk base and includes red kidney beans, yams, potatoes, string beans, carrots and any other vegetables that are around in season. A delicious meat free stew with a minimal amount of salt.

This is our take on curried goat. Soya chunks are marinated in a Jamaican curry base then cooked to perfection to create a delicious curry Caribbean style. It also has butter beans, carrots and sweet peppers, with a little hint of scotch bonnet to make it a very delicious and colourful dish with a bit of heat.
Trelawney Yam Stew (gf) £10.50
Yams are native to the Caribbean, Africa and South America. It is also one of the staples in a lot of athlete’s diets in Jamaica. This dish includes a variety of yams cooked in a coconut milk base with various vegetables and is truly comforting and enjoyable.

Vegetable protein pieces cooked in a delicious Caribbean style gravy inspired by the oriental side of Jamaica with butterbeans and sweet peppers, cumin and coriander with a little bit of scotch bonnet peppers to make this a mouth-watering dish.
