  • Martinet Bru is a blend of predominantly Grenache and Syrah with a little Carignan, Cabernet and Merlot. Since 2010 this has come from a single vineyard that sits just out of Falset. Produced to be approachable young, yet full of Priorat character and polish.

  • The end of the 2014 growing season was ideal for ripening and produced indulgent fruit and well-structured tannins. The classic marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot combines structure and elegance. The classic Medoc gravel soils provide for minerality throughout the long finish.
• Red, Cesari, Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico 2012, Veneto, Italy £54.00
  • Amarone's grapes are dried in a process called Appassimento - lasting into the new year after harvest. The remaining juice is concentrated, making for a concentrated and powerful wine. Preserved fruit dances through the long length. Game, grilled and stewed meats are a joy when paired with this bottle.

  • De buxy makes a delicate style of chardonnay that is sees no oak maturation, but that still has an impressive, buttery mouth feel and a long, citrus-driven finish.

  • Ripasso is a unique style of wine that has dried, pressed grapes passed through the young valpolicella wine a second time, and the resulting wine is lush and rich. It has layers of dark blackberries, spices and a delightful earthiness. An undeniable crowd pleaser!

  • Contarini is a beautifully refreshing sparkling rosato, and has a great balance between red fruit and bright acidity.

  • Poggio anima is a project spearheaded by le ragnaie's riccardo campinoti, one of the top wine makers in the Tuscan region. Grillo is an ultra-versatile grape variety, and creates vibrant wines that are light in body but with concentrated fruit. Lemon zest and lime juice.
