Three falafel balls, made with UK fava beans and chickpeas, crushed and wrapped with tahini (sesame paste and lemon juice) sauce, two pickles (our own turnip pickle ‘turshi’ with organic cider vinegar, Lebanese cucumbers, our own hummus, parsley and tomato). Wrapped in Arab ‘khubz’ bread.
